Mickle's life is not exciting right now

The bestest I can offer is that I need to make and bake a something that has to include 3 small and very ripe bananas.

Mickle doesn't have a sweet tooth, or a sweet tongue palate. Said bananas can be frozen - only I'd then need to find space in a meat frozzed and frozen freezer.

Happy wot evers to all.

And nighty night from Mickle xxxxxxxxx

I love banana bread. And banana cake. And banana milkshakes. I would want banana bread with nuts in it. Thor would eat some, although he thinks Zebbycat would not.

I found space in the freezer - at least I'll have very ripe bananas available next time I want to make my Nana's banana loaf recipe.

When I was a school girl...a long-long time ago...the corner store that also did a roaring trade from the kids at school lunch time, used to sell frozen fruit, bananas included, to the school kids. The over-ripe bananas were my favourite, solid frozen they were like an ice lolly but removing the skins, well, that was almost impossible. Thinking back,it was all over-ripe fruit some with pieces cut from them, but it didn't seem to matter to us, it was war time and sugar was rationed (not many lollies about) I'm sure that it was much healthier than the processed junk food kids devour today.
I dont think storekeepers would be allowed to do this now. I recall many a frozen banana I've eaten with the "bad" end cut off.

Hope you and zebby had a good sleep

Hello Mickle
Have those bananas come out of the freezer yet?
Like you there are some ripe ones sitting on the bench - mashed with sugsr on bread is not the best things for my weight loss but really sounds inviting tho' lol
Take care
Cathy
