I read your profile and you were originally a lefty. I am a lefty too. There are lots of things I do with my right hand...just because of circumstances. But I would be lost without my left. My hubby is a lefty too but all of our children are right handed. Funny.
You made lamb with all the extras? Wow I have never ever attempted to make something so wonderful. I get the impression that you love being in the kitchen.

I'm looking forward to the details. For years I passed this shop with a "half or full lamb" sign on display. I might soon have a reason to pay this shop a visit.
