Valerie Did It! & The Twins Did It Again!!

From no medals to 5 medals in one day. Naturally NZ's 2 golds were won by women.

Valerie won with her first throw of the evening and was never really threatened.

Caroline and Georgina Evers-Swindell won the Womens Double Sculls gold for the second time, sucessfully defending their Olympic title - by a single onehundreth of a second!
