I hope Dear Dad and Dear Mum are dining outside whenever the weather allows them to in order to enjoy such glory.
While the flowers will have pretty much finished, when I get there for Christmas the plant will be a mass of leaves. And the roses beneath and to the left should be flowering.
Thank you Springtime and Dear Dad for the photos.

What a magnificent display!
Hi Michelle,
Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you, and thank you for your support over the last little while. That clematis is really beautiful - I planted four in my garden, of which three have died, and my fourth is a pathetic example and gave me one flower this year!!
I also have a much beloved pet cat, they really are the most amazing company aren't they!!
This is beautiful and inspirational! Thank you for sharing this glorious piece of heaven! For those of us (like me) who can never stay in one place too long, these things are very, very special. Love and kisses to you and Zebedee!!! :-)
That is one Mother of a Clematis!!
Dear All, wonderful to get your comments.
Priscilla - the best year yet for this clematis - a sturdy trim a couple of years backed assisted.
Mima, so special to hear from you, enjoy the photos of what my dear Folks see from their kitchen and dining room windows, when they're not outside.
Janet - natures joy, how has the transplanted grape vine got on
over your Summer.
dear John.g yes, has taken off after it's severe prune a couple of years back. Dear Dad's folks had a wysteria plant that used to try to take over their garage. Dad , and I'm sure his brothers too, gave it a few severe hair cuts. i grew up knowing it as a "Hysteria Plant" after an unknown persons melaprop misnaming
dear Dad and Mum - looked over today, coming up Garden road in a taxi, could see no sign of John H's hysteria plant. maybe been removed? or keeled over, or removed because taking over? Anyay couldn't see even trunk of plant.
Huggles, love and care to all,
no need to get excited over a Wellywood spring - will be cold, wet, windy and soggy for the next day or so - just as springtime is here, m'dears.
Huggles and care, Mickle and Zeb
Lovely and fragrant photos. :)
My der friends. dad has told me this was just the start of their flowering. he took the photos quick before the spring time gale force winds hit. Only thet weren't so bad, we can all just picture in our minds how the flowers have blossumed and spread.

Thank you for visiting and sharing,
huggles and care MLC and the purring boy.
