Yes, Dear Friend Jane has read my blog, and all the comments on the Earth Hour post. And Jane emailed the chook recipe to me. I will share it soon, complete with measurement translations and a short version of the wonderful history that links the recipe's author with Dear Jane.
Happy last day or so of March to you all. April looms - showers for the UK and windy times for New Zealand. We don't come off "summertime" until the wee small hours of April 26th.
